Overview
Thriving families are the foundation of a strong society. Today, leaders across the country are taking a two-generation (2Gen) approach to bolster families’ economic security, health, and well-being. The Ascend Network is a community of practitioners keenly focused on documenting their 2Gen successes and challenges and sharing their lessons and outcomes.
The purpose of this survey is to understand how your organization has engaged with the 2Gen approach and what you would be interested in learning and contributing as a Network Partner. These responses help Ascend develop strategies to support Network Partners, accelerate the adoption of 2Gen approaches, and improve outcomes for children and the adults in their lives.
This survey should take 15 minutes to complete and consists of four sections:
- Organizational overview - To describe your work’s mission, structure, and target population.
- 2Gen Progress - To detail your current 2Gen progress, goals, and barriers.
- Network Activity - To share what you hope to contribute to and get out of the Network.
- Profile - To input contact information for future engagement and resource sharing.
